About Us
We are a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team and help elevate our service department to the next level.
What You’ll Do
- Greet customers and provide an excellent service experience from check‑in to vehicle pickup
- Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair needs
- Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow
- Follow up with customers regarding repair status and approvals
- Maintain high CSI scores through strong communication and professionalism
- Upsell additional services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
- Manage warranty documentation and adhere to dealership and OEM guidelines
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
- Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of service workflow
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
- Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑oriented mindset
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
