Job Description
Vibe Jewelry is hiring for a Sales Associate! We are a locally owned and operated jewelry store committed to the health and wellbeing of our local community in the Virgin Islands. Our heartfelt jewelry is infused with love, spreading a joyous vibe to customers worldwide. We deeply value our team members, loyal customers, and the people of the Virgin Islands. With two stores conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay, St. John Virgin Islands, we have been serving the community since 2004. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for creating and closing sales, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of customer jewelry and displays.
Responsibilities
- Generate sales by providing excellent customer service and promoting our jewelry products
- Clean customer jewelry to ensure its pristine condition
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of displays and jewelry
- Adhere to the company’s sales targets and goals
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 2 years of sales experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
Working Hours
- Weekly hours: 16 – 40 hours
- Start time: 9 AM or 12:30 PM (Typical)
- End time: 5:45 PM or 9:15 PM (Typical)
- Weekend availability required
