We are on the lookout for a dedicated Assistant General Manager to join our dynamic opening team at the Charlotte Amalie waterfront!

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the General Manager to oversee daily operations, lead a team of enthusiastic staff, and engage with our valued guest to make each visit remarkable.

Responsibilities

• Assist the General Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant.
• Supervise and motivate staff to ensure high levels of customer service and satisfaction.
• Oversee inventory management, including ordering and stock rotation processes.
• Train and onboard new employees, ensuring they understand our standards and practices.
• Monitor financial performance and assist in budgeting and forecasting activities.
• Implement marketing strategies to drive sales and promote special events.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years previous experience in a supervisory or management role within the restaurant or hotel F&B industries is preferred. Prior experience in the U.S.V.I. is desirable, but not required.
• Currently living in or actively planning relocation to St. Thomas, U.S.V.I.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mentality.
• Proficient in restaurant management software and point of sale systems.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Basic knowledge of inventory management and financial reporting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to $62,000.00 per year
