We offer light and healthy fare and creative cocktails inspired by coastal regions around the globe. We’re seeking dynamic, self-motivated and hospitality-driven waitstaff who are passionate about food, beverage, and creating exceptional guest experiences. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, team-focused environment, solves problems with grace, brings professionalism, a sense of fun, and enjoys working alongside a large team to improve performance and increase retention. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Curate the vibe. You’re the director of the guest’s entire journey from the first sip to the final bite.
- Bring the energy. Deliver fast, friendly, and deeply thoughtful service that makes guests feel like regulars on day one. You own their dining experience.
- Speak fluently on ingredients, sourcing, allergens, menu, and preparation to confidently guide guest selections.
- Setting the stage: Execute flawless opening and closing duties to guarantee seamless daily operations.
- Anticipatory hospitality: Proactively manage guests needs without interrupting their flow.
- Mark, clear, and reset according to the pacing of the menu and match the kitchen’s culinary rhythm.
- Keep the space crisp, clean, and clutter-free across all guest-facing and back-of-house spaces.
- Prioritize professional, respectful, and open communication with all team members.
- Stay ahead of the rush. Prep your stations, maintain organization, and communicate effectively so you’re never caught off guard during service.
- Partner with management promptly to resolve any guest feedback or operational challenges.
- Navigate the POS efficiently and accurately for efficient order and payment processing. Deliver accurate billing to close the guest experience on a high note.
- Show up to show out. Look sharp, follow the dress code, and bring your best self to every shift.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS
- A flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and lunch shifts.
- The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work well with others.
- Candidates must be punctual, reliable, self-motivated and extremely detail oriented.
- 2+ years of serving experience.
- Must have strong food and beverage knowledge.
- Strong attention to small details.
- Uncompromising work ethic with a relish for new challenges.
