Field Service Technician – Pools, Generators & Property Maintenance Full Time

Job Summary

We are seeking a proactive and skilled Field Service Technician specializing in pools, generators, and or property maintenance to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional on-site service, troubleshooting equipment issues, performing routine maintenance, and ensuring the safety and functionality of aquatic facilities and related systems. Your expertise will help clients maintain pristine pools, reliable generators, and well-kept properties, delivering top-tier customer satisfaction through energetic and professional service.

Responsibilities

• Install, inspect, and repair pool plumbing systems, ensuring proper water flow and functionality.
• Perform routine pool maintenance including cleaning, chemical balancing, water treatment chemical handling, and equipment upkeep.
• Troubleshoot and repair pool equipment such as pumps, filters, heaters, and automation systems using hand tools and power tools.
• Manage generator servicing tasks including inspection, testing, minor repairs, and ensuring compliance with safety standards.
• Conduct property maintenance tasks outdoors such as landscaping support, fencing repairs, and general upkeep to enhance property appearance.
• Handle chemical agents safely while maintaining accurate records of chemical usage and water chemistry balancing procedures.
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about work performed and recommended maintenance plans.
• Operate company vehicles responsibly to reach job sites efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a service technician with a focus on pools, aquatic facilities, or property maintenance preferred.
• Strong mechanical knowledge related to pool plumbing systems and equipment troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with water treatment chemical handling and pool chemistry balancing techniques.
• Experience operating hand tools, power tools, and company vehicles safely in outdoor environments.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining safety standards.
• Knowledge of aquatic facility operations or previous experience in pool maintenance is highly desirable.

Pay: $25.00 – $45.00 per hour
