Vibe Jewelry is hiring for a Sales Manager! We are a jewelry design brand committed to the health and wellbeing of our local community in the Virgin Islands. We create heartfelt jewelry infused with love, sharing this joyous vibe with the world. We love our team members, our loyal customers, and the people of the Virgin Islands. The magnificent beauty of the ocean and the land here inspires us. Established in 2004, we have two stores in St. John Virgin Islands that are conveniently located in the heart of Cruz Bay. The Role Logistics

We need a vivacious Sales Manager to help drive in-store sales at our 2 locations. Our objective is to find the right person and create the ideal role for them/us so that we’re all doing what we love to do in support of our company goals.

This will be a full-time, W-2 employee position.

This is for an in-person only position that splits time between our two stores located in St. John, VI 00830 and 00831. This role’s shifts will vary between the hours of 9am and 9pm Monday through Sunday and will be determined alongside our operations manager. This position requires evening, weekend, and holiday availability.

Available to people authorized to work within the United States who live or want to live in the beautiful US Virgin Islands. We highly encourage LGBTQ+ and BIPOC applicants.

Candidates must be familiar with life in the Virgin Islands and must currently live in the Virgin Islands or have previous experience living in the Virgin Islands.

Responsibilities And Areas Of Need

Below is a list of areas where we need your help, in priority order.

• Immerse in the day to day sales opportunities and lead the in-store sales team to greater sales success. Motivate seasoned as well as newer team members.
• Work with the operations manager to lead and inspire the team members. Plan and execute sales incentives and fun and friendly competitions for team members to participate in.
• Train new team members on sales techniques, sales processes and systems.
• Assist on the sales floor by providing service to overflow customers and helping sales associates create and close sales.
• Act as a liaison between customers and Vibe Jewelry owners to gather feedback on products and service.
• Work with the operations manager to set team schedules to maximize productivity & store success.
• Support healthy team dynamics and assist with resolving interpersonal challenges as needed.
• Oversee cleanliness and organization of stores. Assist sales associates with opening and closing procedures, inventory, product placement, and restocking.
