Import Supply is the largest full service generator business in the Virgin Islands serving hundreds of commercial and residential customers with their back up power needs.

As an authorized dealer for a number of leading generator and power equipment brands, Import Supply is focused on sales, preventative maintenance and repairs of all generator brands

We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Operations Coordinator to join our team! In this vital role, you will oversee daily operational activities including dispatching technicians, billing and communicating with customers and working closely with vendors.

Duties

• Managing monthly billings for customers in Quickbooks and ensuring accounts are up to date
• Getting approvals for other work including oil change, fuel deliveries and repairs
• Assisting walk in customers with parts and service requests.
• Working with office and field technicians to ensure work is scheduled and completed
• Invoicing and maintaining accurate financial records using accounting software like QuickBooks.
• Maintain office organization through filing systems, managing multi-line phone systems, and ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Utilize Microsoft Office Suite and spreadsheets for data entry, reporting, and tracking operational metrics to support decision-making processes.

Skills

• Proven experience in office management or administrative roles with strong organizational skills.
• Demonstrated proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and financial software for budgeting and bookkeeping tasks.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
• Strong technical proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel (spreadsheets), and Outlook.
• Exceptional customer service skills coupled with professional phone etiquette for front desk or reception duties.

Pay: $22.00 – $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
