We are a fast-paced, customer-focused automotive dealership committed to providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships with our clients. We’re seeking a skilled and motivated Service Advisor to join our team and help elevate our service department to the next level.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and provide an excellent service experience from check‑in to vehicle pickup
• Clearly communicate recommended maintenance and repair needs
• Prepare accurate repair orders and cost estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and efficient workflow
• Follow up with customers regarding repair status and approvals
• Maintain high CSI scores through strong communication and professionalism
• Upsell additional services based on vehicle inspections and manufacturer recommendations
• Manage warranty documentation and adhere to dealership and OEM guidelines

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Service Advisor in a dealership environment
• Strong automotive knowledge and understanding of service workflow
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multitask in a high-volume environment
• Proficiency with DMS systems (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds, Dealertrack, etc.)
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and team‑oriented mindset
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
