CDL Truck Driver & Warehouse Worker Full Time

We are looking for a reliable, hardworking, and safety-focused individual to join our team as a Drayage Truck Driver & Warehouse Associate. This is a hands-on position that combines port container transportation, local deliveries, and warehouse responsibilities.

The ideal candidate is dependable, takes pride in their work, and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.

ResponsibilitiesTruck Driving & Deliveries

• Safely pick up containers from the port and transport them to designated locations.
• Complete local deliveries and pickups as required.
• Safely operate a tractor-trailer while following all traffic laws and safety regulations.
• Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections.
• Properly secure and transport cargo.
• Maintain accurate delivery and transportation records.

Warehouse Operations

• Assist with loading and unloading freight and containers.
• Receive, organize, and prepare shipments for delivery.
• Operate a forklift and other equipment as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
• Assist with general warehouse duties and daily operations.

Qualifications

• Valid CDL is required.
• Valid TWIC card is required for port access.
• Minimum 1 year of tractor-trailer driving experience required. Applicants without this experience will not be considered.
• Previous container, drayage, or port driving experience is an asset.
• Ability to safely operate a forklift is an asset.
• Clean and responsible driving record.
• Strong attention to safety and detail.
• Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Physically able to perform warehouse and loading/unloading duties.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
