Barista/Counter Part Time

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, and other beverages ensuring quality and presentation standards are met
• Operate our Clover POS system to process retail sales transactions accurately and efficiently
• Handle cash, process payments, and give correct change while maintaining cash handling accuracy
• Maintain cleanliness of the area, including food prep stations, counters, and seating areas, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards
• Assist customers with menu selections, answer questions about products, and provide exceptional customer service
• Restock supplies regularly, including coffee beans, cups, lids, napkins, and other essentials for smooth daily operations
• Follow food handling protocols during beverage preparation and food service to ensure safety and quality standards are upheld
