Overview
Are you ready to lead an exceptional hospitality team and drive both guest satisfaction and revenue? The Director of Guest Services is responsible for overseeing the operation of front desk, bell staff, and guest services; maximizing hotel revenue and productivity; selecting, training and developing team members; establishing and maintaining quality service levels while maximizing profits; forecasting and budgeting. Personally demonstrate a commitment to customer service by soliciting and responding promptly to guest needs as well as going above and beyond to delight the guests.
Qualifications
- College level reasoning, math, and language skills.
- Bachelor’s degree or 4 years department management experience in rooms division or related disciplines.
- Time management skills.
- Negotiation abilities.
- Ability to manage and lead each department independently.
- Ability to direct rooms division according to employment and Innkeeper laws of the jurisdiction.
- Prior cash handling experience necessary.
- Ability to communicate effectively with the public and other employees.
- Read, write and speak English fluently.
- No employee will pose a direct threat to the health/safety of self or others.
