Job Summary:
Deliver end‑to‑end HR operational services in processes like recruitment, benefits administration, and compliance reporting. Advise leaders and employees on HR matters, fostering a positive work environment and enhancing employee experience and organizational effectiveness.

This position has no direct supervisory responsibilities.
Competencies:
Strong written and verbal communication for reports, presentations, in Spanish and English.
Prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and coordinate resources effectively.
Handle sensitive financial and personnel information responsibly.
Ability to use Microsoft Office tools, banking software, data security protocols, and digital platforms.
Respond to changing regulations, market conditions, and organizational needs.

Knowledge of laws, regulatory compliance and other financial regulations.
Anticipate and provide service excellence to both internal and external customers.

Minimum Requirements:
3 – 5 years Relevant Human Resources experience. Human Resources Management, or Business Administration (with concentration in Human Resources, Management, or Organizational Development), Management, Labor Relations, Industrial Relations, or a closely related field. An equivalent combination of education and directly relevant human resources experience may be considered in lieu of the required degree. SHRM CP or other recognized HR professional certifications preferred.
