We are looking for friendly and positive employees to join our team of Cashiers. The ideal candidates will have a beautiful smile and enjoy working with members of the public. The Cashiers are responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately ringing up merchandise sales, performing transactions, and completing cash-handling tasks that ensure the safety and integrity of all money.
Responsibilities:
- Keep up with demand during busy periods
- Use a POS system to run transactions
- Clear a register of cash and check transactions at the end of the business day
- Answer common customer questions about products and services
- Receive online orders and pick merchandise from store shelves for customers
- Maintain a clean and orderly area
- Stock cigarettes on the display shelf
- Keep front-end shelves organized, tidy, and clean
- Bag and roll items; hand receipts to customers
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $12.00 per hour
