Low Key Watersports and Ocean Runner Powerboat Rentals are looking for Customer-Driven Retail Sales Associates to join our fast-paced, fun, and growing team. For over 30 years, we’ve been the premier destination for diving, boat charters, and premium retail in the U.S. Virgin Islands. Our motto is “Set your soul free,” and we live that every day.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Sales & Service: Provide exceptional customer service by assisting guests with retail purchases, dive gear, and booking world-class boat charters.
• Product Knowledge: Become an expert on our brands, scuba instruction offerings, and powerboat rental options to provide tailored recommendations.
• Inventory Management: Assist with receiving merchandise, restocking displays, and maintaining a high-end visual presentation of the shop.
• Point of Sale (POS): Efficiently manage cash drawer operations, process transactions, and handle bookings using our reservation systems.
• Team Collaboration: Work closely with our Dive Instructors and Captains to ensure every guest has a seamless, “Low Key” experience.

What We’re Looking For:

• Retail Experience: Previous experience in retail sales, boutique environments, or the hospitality industry is highly preferred.
• Communication: Outgoing, friendly personality with the ability to engage tourists and locals alike.
• Reliability: A professional who is punctual, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy island environment.
• Tech Savvy: Ability to learn POS systems and reservation software quickly.
• Passion: A love for the water! Whether you’re a diver, boater, or just love the beach, your enthusiasm will help sell the lifestyle.
• Schedule: Some nights and weekends necessary.
