Claims Receptionist Full Time

We are seeking top talent to join our Claims Department team. We are currently seeking a motivated Claims Receptionist for our St. Croix office.

The ideal candidate will have a friendly and easy-going personality while also being very perceptive and disciplined. You should be able to deal with complaints and give accurate information. A customer-oriented approach is essential.

Professional responsibilities:

• Interact effectively, positively and professionally with customers by telephone and in-person to obtain relevant and accurate information as required;
• Able to communicate effectively (orally and in-writing) with team and customers on regular basis;
• Be self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a team;
• Ability to multi-task in a face paced environment;
• Computer Literate;
• Data Entry Experience;
• Detailed oriented: able to take claim losses via telephone and emails from clients, agents and brokers;
• Able to maintain, follow-up, complete all closing documentation and processes;
• Perform all assignments and duties received from Supervisor in a timely and accurate manner;
• Work under the guidance and assistance of Supervisor to ensure accurate claim process;
• Ability to operate standard office equipment;
• Prior claims experience a plus;
• Bilingual is a plus.

Pay: From $24,960.00 per year
