IT Support Specialist Part Time

HTS is seeking a highly motivated IT Support Specialist to join its team. The ideal candidate will excel at providing technical support professionally and has the desire to learn and be involved in supporting all aspects of the IT ecosystem.

As an IT Support Specialist, you will help to drive customer service levels through rapid response and effective issue resolution for our clients.

Responsibilities Include:

– Serve as the first tier of support resolving end-user issues remotely, via phone and onsite service calls.

– Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network related issues.

– Manage and maintain client relationships, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

– Develop, track and maintain documentation of the IT environment.

Successful candidate will possess:

• Associate or Technical Degree in a relevant field or equivalent working experience.
• 2+ years providing end-user support in Windows environments.
• 2+ years installing, upgrading, troubleshooting, computers and networks in a business environment.
• 2+ years providing end-user support for Microsoft 365 Apps.
• Excellent customer service, oral and written communication skills.
• A strong work ethic with the ability to drive tasks through to completion.
• Strong multitasking skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration and cloud-based technologies.
• Strong networking experience required.
• Phone system experience is desireable
• Preivous MSP experience highly desirable

Applicant should be able to commute daily to the office.
