Summary:
Responsible for the overall management of the marina to ensure safe, secure, efficient and profitable operations while enforcing the company’s policies and procedures established at the property.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following (other duties may be assigned):
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Manages subordinate employees as required. Responsible for the overall direction, coordination and evaluation of team. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.

Education/Experience:
Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) from four-year college or university and three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have general knowledge regarding vessel operation, marina functions, and hospitality.
Certificates and Licenses:
Valid Driver’s License
Computer Skills:
To Perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Word Processing software, spreadsheet software, experience with marina reservation systems preferred.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly exposed to outdoor weather conditions. The employee is frequently exposed to work near moving mechanical parts, fumes or toxic and caustic chemicals. The employee is occasionally exposed to work in high, precarious places with a risk of electrical shock. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.

Pay: $125,000.00 per year
