Great Opportunity for Professional Kayak and Snorkel Guide / Mate

St. Thomas is a Caribbean island in US territory.

Wages: $1,800.00 – $2500 / month

Experience: Previous experience required! Start Date: November -2026

We are looking for two professional guides for our snorkel, kayak and sailing tours. Applicants should be at least available through the end of August. Long term employment is possible. Employee housing is provided for $200 a month.

Requirements:

• Minimum one year experience as a kayak, snorkel or sailing guide.
• Has a valid driver’s license
• Strong swimmer

If you do not have one year’s experience as a kayak or snorkel guide, we will only consider you as a candidate to train if you have two of the following qualifications:

• Being able to kayak on a professional level and be able to tow guests if necessary
• If you are a freediver being able to dive confidently 30 feet
• If you know the different fish and coral in the Caribbean
• if you are an underwater photographer
• if you are an experienced sailor

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $1,800.00 – $2,600.00 per month

Work Location: In person
