Reservation Agent Part Time

Duties

• Respond promptly and professionally to reservation requests through multi-line phone systems and online channels.
• Use property management systems (PMS) to create, modify, and confirm bookings accurately.
• Assist guests with inquiries about room availability, rates, amenities, and special requests
• Coordinate with front desk staff and other departments to ensure smooth check-in/check-out processes and guest satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of reservations, cancellations, and modifications while adhering to hotel emergency procedures.
• Provide exceptional guest services by addressing concerns or issues promptly and effectively.
• Support night audit procedures by reconciling reservations and ensuring data accuracy for end-of-day reporting.

Skills

• Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort environment.
• Familiarity with hospitality reservation systems
• Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations.
• Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills for handling inquiries via phone or email professionally.
• Ability to manage multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining a friendly demeanor.
• Experience with night audit processes and resort operations is a plus for comprehensive understanding of hotel functions.

Pay: $15.00 – $18.00 per hour
